Tasting Java Culinary, GRILLED FISH SEASONING SPICY SOY SAUCE

FISH GRILLED SPICY SOY SAUCE SEASONING

Materials:

1 fish bawal 450 grams clean kerat2 fish back, grease salt and orange juice key let stand briefly rinse smp clean

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce to taste

2 tbsp key orange juice squeeze

Water to taste

Fish spread ingredients when grilled: Margarine, sweet soy sauce and remaining marinade seasoning


Way:

1. Sauté the seasoning finely until fragrant, season the salt, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, key orange juice, add water, sauté the seasoning junior slightly thickened, test the taste of the lift, set aside
