Culinary Tasting, Shrimp Mayonaise

 Shrimp Mayonaise

- 250 gr of peeled shrimp, clean the black dirt, wash it thoroughly, lumurin lime

- bw white powder to taste

- pinch of salt

* Wet coating (mix until thick)

- 2 tbsp instant seasoning flour.

- water to taste

** Dry coating : .

- instant seasoning flour

.

Mayo sauce (stir into one) :

- 100 gr mayonaise

- 3-4 tbsp thick sweet

.

How to make : .

- grease the shrimp with bw white powder and salt. Mix well

- put the shrimp in a wet coating, mix well

- balur shrimp to dry coating while pinched" , then fry until cooked & golden yellow. Remove & drain

- in bowl mix shrimp & mayo sauce, mix well

- arrange shrimp on a plate, sprinkle with sesame roast, serve
