Culinary Tasting, SAMBAL FRIED SHRIMP POTATOES

Materials:

250 gr of shrimp, peeled, left the tail, split the back, take the dirt

How to make:
1. Wash the potatoes, diced, fry until cooked, remove, set aside. Also fry the prawns until they change color, remove, set aside.
2. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant, add the seasoning cemplung, tamarind water and coconut milk. Mix well so that it does not break.
3. Add salt, sugar, shrimp and potatoes, mix well. Correction of lifting taste and ready to serve
