MARTABAK MANIS MINI



Materials:

200gr plain flour

50gr tapioca flour

100gr granulated sugar

15gr milk powder

2 btr whole eggs

1sp baking powder

1sdt baking soda

300ml water

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp vegetable oil

vanilla stem 

pandan paste to taste (optional)

Topping:

meises, choco crunchy, cheese

how to make:

* mix all ingredients into 1 whisk until smooth and not bergerindil. ready-to-use dough

*sy for 2 batters yg 1 ttp vanilla and yg 1 sy ksh pandan paste

* Heat molds over low heat until hot

* then put the dough not until full and then slightly pressed the dough so that the edges form

* after exiting the nest if you like sweet can be sprinkled a little granulated sugar

* then cover the roast until cooked

*once cooked lift the matabak and give the topping to taste

* ready to serve
