MARBLE PANDAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
Material:
8 egg yolks
7 egg whites
250 gr of refined sugar
200 gr of blue key flour/ low protein
25 gr of fullcream milk powder
150gr Margarine
180 gr butter
1 tsp Vanilla Pasta
Additional
1 tbsp full pandan homemade pasta
2sdm cocoa powder + a little chocolate paste to taste
1.Mixer Butter+Margarine+sugar until pale expands
2.Masukkan the egg yolks one by one while keeping the dimixer kasi distance of 1 minute / egg , lastly put the vanilla paste and the sediment psta pandan mix well
