  1. Crispy Fries


☘️ 1 kg of potatoes

☘️ 1 tsp garlic powder

☘️ 1 tsp ground pepper

☘️!1 tsp powdered broth

☘️ Cooking oil

How to Make :

☘️ Peel the potatoes, cut them lengthwise and clean the potatoes.

6-7 bh large red chillies, finely blended⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

5 lbr Orange leaves, torn 2⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

3 tbsp Granulated sugar⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

1/2 tbsp Salt⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Water to taste ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Oil to pour⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

3 diced potatoes

100g grated cheese

10sm cornstarch

How to Cook :

4 peeled potatoes & dried fries

100g minced beef

Sliced leeks

3 chopped cloves

Sliced onions

3dm sweet soy sauce

1dm oyster sauce

1m fish sauce

1sdm English soy sauce

To taste salt & sugar


Sauté bombay & baput until fragrant

Put the minced meat add water wait until the meat is a bit tender,

Add sweet potatoes and soy sauce, oysters, fish, english, sugar, salt.
